THE RECIPE FOR SUCCESS

• Knowledge of food preparation, recipe execution, food safety, and waste control
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a high-volume environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to follow recipes, procedures, and safety guidelines
• Dependable communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and maintain productivity during busy periods
• Ability to complete all required company training and certifications
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, twist, and lift up to 50 pounds
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
• Previous restaurant or kitchen experience is preferred
• Food Handler or Food Safety Certification is preferred
• Entry-level candidates with a strong work ethic may be considered

FROM PREP TO PLATE: YOUR IMPACT

As our part-time Line Cook, you will help bring every menu item to life by preparing, cooking, portioning, and presenting food according to established recipes and specifications. You'll execute orders accurately while maintaining ticket times, monitor food quality and presentation, and keep your station stocked, organized, and ready for service. Throughout your shift, you'll rotate and label products correctly, monitor required temperatures, support cleaning procedures, minimize food waste, and collaborate with teammates to ensure every guest receives a meal that meets our high standards.
