We're seeking a skilled Rotational Molding Technician to join our Operations team and help us maintain the highest quality standards.

Shift: Days (6:00 am - 2:30 pm, Mon-Fri; overtime as needed)
Reports to: Manufacturing Supervisor
Employment Type: Full-time, Non-Exempt

What You'll Do

• Operate & Maintain Equipment
• Start up, shut down, load/unload, and troubleshoot rotational molding machines
• Perform routine preventive maintenance and coordinate more significant repairs
• Mold Handling & Quality Control
• Change molds safely and efficiently
• Trim and pre-assemble molded components, ensuring each meets spec
• Document and enforce all molding, trimming, and safety procedures
• Inventory & Materials Management
• Monitor resin and component inventories; notify supervisor of low stock
• Operate forklifts or other material-handling equipment to move molds and parts
• Continuous Improvement
• Participate in lean initiatives (e.g., cycle-time reduction, kanban systems, mold-change improvements)
• Recommend and implement process-enhancement ideas
• Safety & Housekeeping
• Follow-and enforce-safe operating practices
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and report any hazards promptly

Who You Are

• Experience & Skills
• 3+ years of rotational molding experience (mold changes, preventive maintenance) preferred
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to read bills of material and equipment manuals
• Forklift certification or willingness to train is a plus
• Physical Requirements
• Able to lift up to 50 lb regularly, bend, stoop, and reach
• Willing to undergo random drug/alcohol testing per company policy
• PPE
• Steel-toe boots and safety glasses required
