Diana Health is a network of modern women's health practices working in partnership with hospitals to reimagine the way maternity and women's healthcare is delivered. Our personalized, wellness-focused care program puts women at the center of decision-making and empowers them with the information and support they need to achieve their health and wellness goals. We are going beyond the traditional approach to healthcare through smart technology, collaborative teams and a thoughtfully designed experience that is beneficial for both women and clinicians. We aim to empower, inspire, and support the women we serve to live happier, healthier, and more fulfilling lives. We see women at ten offices: Allen, TX; Chattanooga, TN; Cookeville, TN; Crossville, TN; Smyrna, TN; Springfield, TN; Fort Walton Beach, FL; Jacksonville, FL; Orange City, FL; and Tallahassee, FL. Virtual visits are available in Tennessee, Florida, and Texas. Care includes obstetrics and midwife-led maternity, gynecology covering well-woman visits, heavy or irregular bleeding, painful sex, UTIs, birth control, PCOS, and menopause and HRT, plus gynecologic surgery and mental health, nutrition and wellness support on the same care team. All of our midwives are Certified Nurse Midwives, and babies are delivered at our partner hospitals with OBs, anesthesia and NICU access available: Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital Allen, Parkridge East Hospital, Cookeville Regional Medical Center, TriStar StoneCrest, TriStar NorthCrest, HCA Florida Fort Walton-Destin, HCA Florida Memorial, AdventHealth Fish Memorial and HCA Florida Capital.
