Our core values guide our mission: ✔ Safety – Sending everyone home safely, every day. ✔ People – Empowering individuals and fostering growth. ✔ Integrity – Doing the right thing, always. ✔ Innovation – Embracing change and leading the industry. ✔ Teamwork – Collaborating to drive success. ✔ Sustainability – Creating long-term value for our planet. Beyond recycling, we actively support communities through tire cleanup initiatives, remediating 150+ dump sites since 2011. Our goal? 100% beneficial tire reuse by 2032.
