Our founders had a vision when they opened the original Fleming’s restaurant in Newport Beach, California more than 20 years ago—to create a steakhouse that breaks the stereotype. One that delivered an unparalleled steak and wine experience, in a more modern and welcoming setting. As we’ve grown into more than 60 locations, we’ve stayed true to our founders’ forward-thinking vision by blurring the lines between a high-end traditional steakhouse experience and offering elevated, contemporary cuisine. Prime isn’t just in our name. It’s in everything we do. We’re known for offering the top 2% of USDA Prime steak, a stellar dining experience with an emphasis on generous hospitality and leaving a lasting impression on every Guest we have the pleasure of entertaining. We take pride in hiring the best people in the business, nurturing their development through various training programs and providing a positive and encouraging environment to learn, grow and advance. We strive to empower our Partners, Managers and Associates to achieve and succeed in their career goals and to take advantage of our competitive, high-quality benefit options. By joining our Fleming’s team, you’ll be making a commitment to embodying the principles that fuel our culture: excellence, mutual trust, respect, hospitality, balance and most importantly, fun. Bloomin’ Brands, Inc. is a company of restaurants, not a restaurant company. Our family of founder-inspired brands include Fleming's Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar, Outback Steakhouse, Carrabba's Italian Grill, and Bonefish Grill. Our People are what set us apart and they are at the center of everything we do!
