RDR has earned the reputation as the company to trust for initiatives that require highly refined thinking and precision in execution. Our company-wide success is anchored in our strong values and customer-driven focus. Many of our clients have been with us for more than 30 years. We have great respect for our employees and reward them for teamwork, pride of workmanship, and efficiency. At RDR, we strongly believe that if we conduct business with the highest ethical standards of honesty and integrity, then it will create an environment where our employees, our customers, and RDR will all be successful. Message From The Chairman: "You cannot be sort of honest, a little honest, or almost honest. You must be completely honest with the company, with the client, and yourself. It is paramount to the company's success. In dealing with the clients, serve their needs, honor their wishes and mirror their culture. They hired RDR to work within that culture as efficiently, professionally, and economically as possible. Our business is not to make profit. Our business is to serve our customers well. In doing so, we will make a profit." - Calvin Sasai
